Advertising never affects the directory
Buying an advertising space doesn't change search result rankings or any doctor's or facility's position in the directory. They are separate systems.
Reviewed before publishing
Every campaign is reviewed and published manually from the admin panel before it appears on the site; there's no automatic self-service yet.
